Privacy Policy

1. General Information

This policy applies to the Website operating at the URL: https://doroszenko.com. The Operator of the website and the Administrator of personal data is: Jacek Doroszenko. Operator’s contact email address: gdpr@doroszenko.com. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with respect to data voluntarily provided within the Website. The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways: through data voluntarily entered in forms, which is then entered into the Operator’s systems and through the saving of cookie files on end devices.

2. Data Protection Methods

Login pages and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login credentials entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server. The Operator periodically changes their administrative passwords. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access to data, the Operator uses complex passwords containing uppercase and lowercase letters, digits, and special characters, no shorter than 8 characters. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components. To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.

3. Hosting

The hosting company maintains server-level logs to ensure technical reliability. The following data may be recorded:

  • Resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources — pages, files),
  • Time of request arrival,
  • Time of response transmission,
  • Name of the client station — identification carried out via the HTTP protocol,
  • Information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
  • URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) — if the user arrived at the Website via a link,
  • Information about the user’s browser,
  • Information about the IP address,
  • Diagnostic information related to the self-service ordering process through registrars on the website,
  • Information related to the handling of email sent to and by the Operator.

4. Your Rights

Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). With regard to marketing data, data will not be processed for longer than 3 years. You have the right to request from the Administrator:

  • Access to your personal data,
  • Rectification of your data,
  • Erasure of your data,
  • Restriction of processing,
  • Data portability.

You have the right to object to processing as described in point 3.3(c) regarding the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. However, this right to object may not be exercised if there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms — in particular for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under a concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Administrator. Personal data may be transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means it may be sent outside the European Union.

8. Cookie Information

The Website uses cookie files. Cookie files (“cookies”) are data files, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Website User and are intended for use with the Website’s web pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they originate from, the duration of storage on the end device, and a unique number. The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and accessing them is the Website Operator. Cookies are used for the following purposes: maintaining the user’s session on the Website (after logging in), so that the user does not need to re-enter their login and password on each subpage; fulfilling the purposes described above in the “Key Marketing Techniques” section. The Website uses two main types of cookies: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the User’s end device until the user logs out, leaves the website, or closes the browser. Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters, or until they are deleted by the User. Web browsing software (internet browsers) typically allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. Website Users may change these settings. Internet browsers allow the deletion of cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this topic can be found in the browser’s help or documentation. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Website. Cookies placed on the User’s end device may also be used by entities cooperating with the Website Operator, in particular the following companies: Google (Google Inc., based in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc., based in the USA).

9. Managing Cookies

If a user does not wish to receive cookies, they may change their browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies that are essential for authentication, security, and maintaining user preferences may make it difficult to use the website.
